A legal disclaimer

1. Appointment Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your plumbing or heating appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
This allows us to allocate your time slot to another customer.

2. Same-Day Cancellations
 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a £30–£50 late cancellation fee, depending on the type of service booked.
This fee covers the time reserved and the technician’s scheduling.

3. Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

​

If our technician arrives at your property and is unable to gain access, or if the appointment is missed without prior notice, a call-out charge will apply.
This will be added to your next service appointment or deducted from any deposit paid.

4. Emergency Call-Outs

​

Emergency bookings require immediate allocation of a technician.
For this reason, emergency appointment cancellations made after dispatch will be charged a full call-out fee.

5. Deposits for Large Jobs

​

Some larger projects (e.g., boiler installations, bathroom renovations, or full system replacements) may require a deposit to secure materials and scheduling.
Deposits are refundable only if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled work.

Any materials already purchased on your behalf are non-refundable.

6. Rescheduling

​

Rescheduling is free if done more than 24 hours in advance.
For short-notice rescheduling (under 24 hours), the same fees as late cancellations may apply.

7. How to Cancel

​

You may cancel an appointment by:

  • Phone call

  • Email

  • Website contact form

Cancellations are confirmed once we send you an acknowledgment message.

8. Company Rights

​

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to:

  • Safety concerns

  • Severe weather

  • Technician illness

  • Unforeseen operational issues

In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible, and no fees will apply.
